Kevin A. Sunn - Attorney
Kevin A. Sunn has an established legal practice concentrating in estate planning, probate, guardianship and business law, and is an experienced counselor providing legal advice to business and individual clients on a broad range of topics.
Mr. Sunn is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Accounting and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Accounting from University of Houston Clear Lake. In 1998 Mr. Sunn received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in November of the same year.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sunn worked as a tax accountant with Simonton & Kutac, preparing individual, business, trust and estate tax returns. He started his legal career as an Associate with Gary A. Nagler & Associates, P.L.L.C, practicing employee benefits law and retirement planning. Mr. Sunn started his own law practice in 2000, specializing in estate planning, probate and business planning and relocated the main office to the Bay Area in April 2007.
Mr. Sunn is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Probate Section of the Houston Bar Association. He is also an active member in the Clear Lake City, League City and Pearland Chambers of Commerce.
